Day 1
Route: Departure from Almaty – Chilik village-Kurtogay
Transport: All-wheel drive 4x4 vehicle

Detailed route description
- 07:00. Departure from Almaty in the direction of the Tekes River waterfall (320 km).
09:00. Refueling in the Chilik village. - 10:30. Stop at the Kurtogay tract observing the canyon of the Charyn River.
- 12:00. Refueling at the Kegen regional center.
- Lunch in the lunch boxes.
- 14:30. Arrival at the parking lot before trekking to the waterfall of the Tekes River.
- 15:30. Arrival at the waterfall of the Tekes River, 3.5 km trekking.
- 16:00. Return to the parking lot (3.5 km trekking).
- 17:30. Departure for the night stay camp.
- 19:00. Arrival at the location for the camping, setting up camp, dinner made by the guidedriver.
- 20:30. Dinner, evening fire.
- 22:00. Night stay at the the tent (two guests are accommodated in a triple tent).
Day 2
Route: Camp - Tuzkol – Shalkode su – Ketmen mountains – Shonzha village - Almaty
Transport: All-wheel drive 4x4 vehicle

Detailed route description
- 07:00. Breakfast at the camp.
- 09:00. Departure towards Tuzkol lake (65 km).
- 11:00. A short walk to the shore of Lake Tuzkol (with the view to Khan Tengri peak).
- 12:00. Lunch in the lunch boxes.
- Departure from the lake towards the Ketmen pass (40 km). Drive through the picturesque Shalkodesu valley, photo stops.
- 14:30. Ketmen mountain pass, photo stops.
- 15:30. Stop at the top point of the pass, altitude 3,040 meters above sea level.
- 15:40. Stop at the panorama a of the serpentine mountain pass.
- 16:00. Departure to Almaty (340 km).
- 17:30. Refueling in the regional center of Chundzha.
- 21:00. Arrival in Almaty.
